The Pelican Grill has a very special place in Seabrook’s Heart. The restaurants supports a 20 year history that stems from the very first owner Fred.  In fact, the name of the restaurant then was Fred’s Grill. For  15 years the seabrook community ,  ate breakfast lunch and dinner together with Fred.  Fred eventually sold the restaurant to John Walker.  John Walker had a heart of gold and a dream of Kings.  Zealous in his conviction to make a successful business, he called on the “restaurant impossible” and its team of professionals  completely revamp Johns Walker.  That is when Fred’s Grill became the Pelican Grill.

"Yes! my wife and I are the new owners, mostly my wife, I just do what she tells me." Zachary, though president, serves primarily as an executive function for Zarinya Inc (Pelican Grill.)  Responsible for the execution of all policies approved by Nu.

"Do what ever Nu tells you to do." Sarinya Lowry (Nu) is both the Head Chef and shot caller at the Pelican Grill.  She has been cooking since the age of three, taught by her mother, a Culinary Chef Teacher in Thailand.  She is a true master in her art.
